On Debian initscripts, between 2.88dsf-59 and 2.88dsf-59.9 as been added, as alternative to sysv-rc/file-rc, dependancy against openrc.

I think openrc by default uses /etc/init.d scripts

Is there a reason not to do so in Devuan?
