Dear Maintainer,

Please rebuild xfce4-power-manager against upower 0.9.23, because current
version from debian is build against upower 0.99, which changed from the
"changed" signal to "notify" as well as the function signature, so in devuan
xfce4-power-manager doesn't update power status.

I can confirm that rebuilding this in the Devuan environment results in
xfce4-power-manager intercepting power events (so suddenly lots of
notifications when power cable is yanked, etc) - this doesn't happen
with the current version from Debian, as described. Will see if I can
help with this.
