If I start a session I can start it normally opening a console with my user and typing: pulseaudio -D. After that woks fine but if I reboot pulseaudio fails to load again.

The problem can be solved editing this file: /etc/pulse/client.conf.d/00-disable-autospawn.con commenting the line "autospawn=no".  I've found the workaround here in that comment of a devuan forum thread: https://dev1galaxy.org/viewtopic.php?pid=12447#p12447
