Hello,
I've recently installed Devuan Jessie (minimal system with base 
utils only, from tasksel) and upgraded to Devuan Ascii right after 
that.

All packages upgraded fine except rsyslog (bug #96) and openrc.
I think the problem is that initscripts and sysvinit-core depend on 
sysv-rc (provided by openrc/0.13.1-4 but not by openrc/0.23-1+b1).

Hi,

this should have been solved in ascii. Could you please try again by
apt-get update-ing (preferably from pkgmaster.devuan.org) and then
installing openrc?
