If this is not the case it is now your responsibility to reopen the
bug report if necessary, and/or fix the problem forthwith.

I tried to report a bug and when reportbug tries to deliver to "Report
will be sent to "Devuan Bug Tracking System" <submit@bugs.devuan.org>"
 the result is: "SMTP send failure: {'submit@bugs.devuan.org': (550,
 'relay not permitted')}. Do you want to retry (or else save the report
 and exit)? [Y|n|q|?]? ?"
