When upgrading from jessie to ascii, using the following steps:
- replace all occurrences of "jessie" by "ascii" in sources.list.*
- apt update
- apt dist-upgrade
When eudev tries to replace udev, the /etc/init.d/udev file is left
untouched, and insserv fails because "udev" is already provided. So,
eudev does not get properly installed, and many packages depending on
it fail as well.
