Installing Devuan Ascii 2.0 32-bit from Netinst ISO (downloaded from
torrent) to a Virtualbox VM on  OSX El Capitan 10.11.6 (Retried on MX17
Linux)

VM chipset type: ICH9

Graphical install

Central timezone

VM has ~1800MB RAM since host has 6GB RAM, (1) vcpu

Disk was manually partitioned

sda1 = 2GB Swap

sda2 = / , ext4 with noatime and 1% reserved, with Boot flag

No separate /home

In-VM, DHCP IP address (Bridged) - Using Squid proxy @

Package repo: pkgmaster.devuan.org

Popcon: Y

At the "Install packages" step, select both XFCE and LXQT

Select "Console productivity" and "SSH server" and "Standard system
utilities"

Unselect Print Server and Web server

--Note, re-doing the step with just XFCE and not LXQT worked OK -- an
additional screen popped up offering to install Virtualbox guest additions

This bug is reproducible, I tried the same steps on another system and
it failed the same way.

See screenshots.

Also - can you please turn off the Screen Saver when installing? TIA

--NOTE: THANK YOU for redoing Debian without Systemd! :)

/ and please put some Devuan T-shirts up for sale, I've moved on from my
Debian one ;-)
