deb.devuan.org is a DNS round-robin and does not support HTTPS and
will probably never do. This is also specified in the ASCII Release
notes. If you need HTTPS, please use directly one of the mirrors in:

     https://pkgmaster.devuan.org/mirror_list.txt

that support https.
