Package: linux-image-amd64
Version: 5.3.7-1
Severity: normal

system hangs on "Waiting for /dev to be fully populated..." message at startup
not always, but often
if this point is passed, all works
seems problem in modesetting, because krenel paremeter "nomodeset" solves this problem
also helps booting from kernel ver 4.19.67-2+deb10u1~bpo9+1

but in this case X session can't start
(amdgpu moudle supports only kernel modesetting, not legacy method, and in 4.19 kernel don't support
embedded GPU in Ryzen 2500)

i've tried recipe from here http://forums.debian.net/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=96090
but without success

Looks like race condition in videoinitializing on embedded GPU
