Dear Maintainer,

*** Reporter, please consider answering these questions, where appropriate ***

   * What led up to the situation?

upgrading ffmpeg-based libraries 7:4.2.3-2 -> 7:4.3-2

   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?

Tried restarting machine, clearing cache in chromium, neither worked

downgrading ffmpeg-libraries back to 7:4.2.3-2 and restarting chromium worked

   * What was the outcome of this action?
   * What outcome did you expect instead?

However, neither ffmpeg nor chromium are forked packages. Devuan uses Debian's
packages directly.

This should be reported directly to Debian's BTS.

Actually, it looks as if it has just been reported there:

Thanks

Mark
