When trying to build a package via pbuilder, it fails with no error
message on Devuan.

After debugging, I find, that Dpkg::Source::Package tries to find a
Dpkg::Vendor::Devuan which fails due to not existing.

I believe this is Debian bugs #966083 and #969458.

The issue apparently has a fix pending, but not released. There is also a patch
you could verify?
