netinstall-amd64.iso build #163 for beowulf 3.1 point-release does not
boot in uefi mode. Tested in qemu, virtualbox and on hardware (isohybrid usb).
Grub menu appears, but gives errors instead of loading kernel.
error: can't find command 'echo'.
error: can't find command 'linux'.
error: can't find command 'initrd'.
/boot/grub/x86_64-efi/ in the iso should contain grub modules, but they
are all missing. Only grub.cfg is present.

It turned out to be two problems:
1) that grub modules were not included because the "wildcard make
function" failed to enumerate them. This was resolved by replacing
all "wildcard" with "shell echo".
2) Grub 2.02 requires explicit "insmod" in grub.cfg for the modules
involved. This was resolved by adding such for "font", "echo" and
"linux" (which implements the "initrd" command as well)
Trial ISO build #171 includes these fixes.
Please verify that it works and close this bug.
