I have no first hand knowledge of guestfsd, however it declares a dependency on libsystemd0. Are you able to verify that either libsystemd0 or libelogind0 (which provides libsystemd0) is installed? You should have either one of /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libsytemd.so.0 /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libsytemd.so.0 Which is present? Thanks Mark

Ran across this bug report after encountering this issue in Debian Bullseye. Found a fix in a Debian bug report here: https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=935328 Basically just replace 'libsystemd0' with 'libelogind0' in /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/guestfs/supermin.d/packages Hope this helps someone. -- Eric Luther Ops Smartleaf Inc. eluther@smartleaf.com Work: (617) 453-2597

Hi, just want to add, with Devuan Daedalus, it's "libelogind-compat". libelogind0 alone won't suffice.
