Wesnoth upgrade from 1.14 to 1.16 gives the following error:

Even that wesnoth-1.14-data is marked for removal, apt does not remove
it before installing wesnoth-1.16-data. After that, the problem can only
been solved by removing all wesnoth packages manually via `dpkg
--force-all -P` and reinstalling the packages.

However, wesnoth is not forked in Devuan and we use Debian's packages directly
without recompilation. Please would you report this issue to Debian's BTS.
