Whilst checking packages to promote from chimaera-proposed-updates to chimaera,
it was noted that the tomcat9 package is missing the signature/date line for the
latest version.

I have pushed an update to 

https://git.devuan.org/devuan/tomcat9/src/branch/suites/chimaera-proposed-updates

However, I can not migrate to new version number policy. dch told me that
9.0.43-3devuan3 would be considered older than 9.0.43-3+devuan2. 

If you're fine with that, I'll go one make a tag and close the issue. You
probably still have to trigger the build somehow then.

Yes, that is expected. We can only use the new format when the debian part of
the version increments.
