Version: 1.9.0.0

Dear Maintainer,

The latest version of upgrade-system removed the cron.daily snippet in favour of
systemd timers.

The cron.daily snippet was still used and useful on non-systemd systems. Please
consider restoring it for the benefit of those users.

Thanks

Mark
