Version: 0.8.4-1
Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer,

* What led up to the situation?

st, aka stterm in Debian GNU/Linux, is not selectable as x-www-terminal alternative.

* What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or ineffective)?

I tested the command "update-alternatives --config x-www-terminal" with the stterm package installed, for which no option, nor indication that stterm was allowed to be set as it, was showed.

* What was the outcome of this action?

There is no possibility to choose st as default graphical terminal following this bases, for which dependent programs and/or applications may not work properly or require previous configuration in order to use st.

* What outcome did you expect instead?

The possibility to choose st as default graphical terminal.

Thanks for this. Stterm is not a forked package in Devuan and we use Debian's
packages directly without recompilation. Please redirect these requests to
Debian's BTS.

Thanks.

Thank you for the quick reply.

How may I redirect the bug to Debian BTS through the reportbug package
in Devuan?

I made the report through it to make it and I am not sure if the
configuration for reporting just to Devuan is set as the only option,
making me having to report this to Debian manually, or if there is a
specific option to choose Debian BTS to report it.

Use the -B/--bts option:

 reportbug --bts debian
