Subject: poppler-utils conflict
On Chimaera Linux 5.10.0-18-amd64 Debian 5.10.140-1 (after update and upgrade) when trying to install poppler-utils-20.09.0-3.1 I get the following error message:
$ sudoapt install poppler-utils

You appear to have chimaera-security enabled in /etc/apt/sources.list
This works for me without issue.

.. hence this is already installed. That version was uploaded to stable security
on 2022-09-11[1]
But the matching poppler-utils is unavailable now chimaera-security has been disabled
Your options are to
- re-enable chimaera-security
- Use apt-get(1) --allow-downgrades option
- Specify another solution to apt on the command line.
