Dear Maintainer,

Upstream removed the initscript for pcscd in the innocuous-looking commit at
<https://git.devuan.org/devuan/pcsc-lite/commit/a5761b8bae80b3e73f4b3f8030c4712bc1d595cd>,
entitled "Switch from autoconf/automake to meson". This affected:
pcscd/2.2.0-1devuan1

When upstream subsequently added a change that purged the initscript from
existing users' installations, Devuan caught that act and reverted it at:
preventing pcscd/2.3.0-3devuan1 from being so damaged.

To fix things for new installations, the initscript needs to be restored in
the package, please!

Thanks,

Andy
