The desktop-live image ships with a configuration file for
popularity-contest. This file should not be present in desktop-live,
otherwise all the installations made from desktop-live will have the
same machine-id, and will not be counted correctly if their users
decide to participate to Devuan popularity contest.

Nevertheless, popularity-contest should remain disabled by default, as
it is at the moment.
