Wesnoth upgrade from 1.14 to 1.16 gives the following error:

   dpkg: Fehler beim Bearbeiten des Archivs /tmp/apt-dpkg-install-ZkBjpK/04-wesnoth-1.16-data_1%3a1.16.1-1_all.deb (--unpack):
    Versuch, »/usr/share/icons/HighContrast/scalable/apps/wesnoth-icon.svg« zu ühreiben, welches auch in Paket wesnoth-1.14-data 1:1.14.17-2 ist
   dpkg-deb: Fehler: »einfüUnterprozess wurde durch Signal (Datenübe unterbrochen (broken pipe)) getö

Even that wesnoth-1.14-data is marked for removal, apt does not remove
it before installing wesnoth-1.16-data. After that, the problem can only
been solved by removing all wesnoth packages manually via `dpkg
--force-all -P` and reinstalling the packages.
